图片来自于百度图片] ]] ==双烤肉怎么做营养会流失== 1、肉一定不能烤老了,变色即翻,火不要太大。 2、烤得太焦,烧焦的物质很容易致癌,而肉类油脂滴到炭火时,产生的多环芳烃会随烟挥发附着在食物上,也是很强的致癌物。 3、熟食器具不分,烤肉时生熟食所用的碗盘、筷子等器具没有分开,易导致交互感染而吃坏肚子。
