張西文,男，現任中國遺傳學會理事，中國化工學會生物工程分會理事，教育部科委生命科學學部委員，遼寧省遺傳學會及生物技術學會理事。1998-2002年任大連理工大學生物工程系主任主要從事植物基因工程和藥物生物技術研究，先後主持國家科技攻關項目1項、省、市級重大研究課題4項。
