杜娃·黎波於1995年8月22日出生在[[英國]][[倫敦]]的[[西敏]]區，擁有[[阿爾巴尼亞人]]血統。她的父母於1990年代時期從[[科索沃共和國]]的首都[[普利斯提納]]離開。
