2018年5月澎湖青年陣線9日下午，在澎湖縣議員參選人冼義哲、馬公市民代表第四選區參選人張峻偉的帶領下，在馬公市鎖港海堤南側旁空地舉牌抗議，他們對縣長陳光復將474坪大的縣有土地，以每坪每個月不到10元租給自己創辦的澎湖第一酒場，且租期長達半世紀的作為表示強烈不滿，澎湖青年陣線痛批陳光復無視公職人員與利益衝突的問題。
