原址為[[秀茂坪邨|下秀茂坪徙置區]]（即秀茂坪邨1-17座），於1992年8月起拆卸，絕大多數原來的居民遷至天水圍[[天耀邨]]，成為[[天水圍新市鎮]]的第一批居民。
