(3)抑制触点的弹跳。使触点在闭合时的碰撞得以缓冲,将碰撞的动能转化为弹性势能,进而抑制触点的弹跳。
触点的接触压力对于电磁继电器触点来讲是一个很重要的参数,在产品进行初始设计时要经过多次试验才能选取得较为合适。如果将触点的接触压力选得比较小,就满足不了继电器可靠性方面的要求;如果将触点的接触压力选取的比较大,就需要增大继电器的操作功,对反作用弹簧的要求也需要提高,在技术上不经济。 [1]
