<p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">[[蔣乃辛]]生於（1948年9月24日－），生於[[中華民國]][[上海市]]，[[中華民國]]政治人物，[[中國國民黨]]籍，曾連任[[臺北市]]第4－10屆市議員。臺北市大安區原立法委員[[李慶安]]因擁有雙重國籍（[[美國]]）而辭職，蔣乃辛代表國民黨參與2009年臺北市第六選區立法委員補選並連任。</p>
