<p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">林惠官 （1957 （生1957 年10月17日－2009年8月26日 歿 ）[[中國國民黨籍]][[連江縣]]政治人物，曾任[[立法委員]]，鐵道工人出身，1988年涉足[[工運]]， 曾任[[中華民國全國總工會]]理事長。</p><p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">[[中華民國立法院]]中少數勞工出身的[[立法委員]]，立法委員任內仍然是[[台灣鐵路管理局]][[ 台 臺 北機廠]]技佐助理員。</p><p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">[[2008年中華民國立法委員選舉]]，林惠官轉戰區域立委，代表[[親民黨]]參與[[連江縣選舉區]]立委選舉，他是唯一一位代表親民黨參選 立委選舉的候選人，其餘地方選區親民黨候選人均統一以[[中國國民黨]]提名。</p><p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">但在該屆中，因[[中國國民黨]]提名[[曹爾忠]]競選連任，再加上天候不佳導致其故鄉莒光鄉有大量滯外選民不及回鄉投票，故雖有同黨縣 長[[陳雪生]]加持，林惠官仍以118票、不足3%的些微差距三連霸失利，並退出[[親民黨]]，立委卸任後，林轉任馬祖酒廠董事長，2009年重回[[中國國民黨]]。</p><p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">2009年5月間，在[[陳雪生]]、[[連江縣議長]][[陳振清]]、[[連江縣副議長]][[陳貴忠]]、[[連江縣議員]][[曹以標]]、[[林貽祥]]、[[陳建光]]、[[張永江]]等三分之二民意代表支持下，決定爭取代表[[中國國民黨]]參選[[連江縣長]]，積極 布 佈 局年底[[2009年連江縣長選舉]]。</p><p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">2009年7月中，林惠官因頸椎鈣化，在[[ 台 臺 北市立聯合醫院]]仁愛院區進行頸椎手術，但手術後併發細菌感染與敗血症，被轉送台大醫院加護 病房照護。2009年8月26日 凌 淩 晨6時55分，林惠官病逝於[[台大醫院]]，享年51歲。</p>
