==生平==

<p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">1926年時，陳耀祖曾任國民政府廣東省務委員會委員。次年，又任代理廣東省政府建設廳廳長、廣州市政府工務局局長，後任職於國民政府鐵道部。1932年任鐵道部代理常務次長、財務司司長。[[抗日戰爭]]期間改任廣東省政府委員。[[廣州]]淪陷後加入[[汪精衛政權]]，歷任廣東省政府委員、廣東省保安司令、廣州綏靖主任公署主任、軍事委員會委員、[[廣州市市長]]等職。1944年在廣州被刺身亡。
