==早年经历==
艾扬格被称为“现代瑜伽创始人”。他对瑜伽有着超过七十五年的实践与教学，被公认为最重要的瑜伽导师。他编写了许多与瑜伽相关的书籍。其中最著名的是《瑜伽之光》。艾扬格瑜伽已经传遍全球，数以百万的学生正学习着这种瑜伽。
