钩骨呈楔形，位于远侧列的内侧缘，介于[[头状骨]]与[[三角骨]]之间。上面与[[月骨]]相接，下面与第4、5掌骨底相接，内侧面与三角骨相接，外侧面与头状骨相接。背面[[粗糙]]有韧带附着。掌面有弯向外方的[[扁突]]，称 [[ 钩骨 ]] 钩。
