Young branches densely appressed or ascending yellowish pubescent. Petiole 0.2-0.8 cm, with dense appressed yellowish hairs; stipels absent; leaflets oblong to elliptic, ter-minal one 1.3-4.5 × 0.7-1.5 cm, abaxially densely yellowish ascending pubescent, adaxially glabrous, base obtuse, apex re-tuse and mucronulate. Racemes 5-10 cm, spikelike with many very small flowers on a distinct peduncle; rachis densely yel-lowish ascending pubescent. Pedicels very short, ca. 1 mm, densely yellowish ascending pubescent. Calyx densely yel-lowish pubescent; tube ca. 1.5 mm; lobes triangular, 1.3-1.7 mm. Corolla purple; standard elliptic, ca. 7 mm, apex obtuse; wings ca. 6 mm, clawed at base; keel incurved, 9-9.5 mm, clawed at base. Ovary ca. 1 mm; style incurved, ca. 6 mm. Leg-ume obliquely obovoid, 6.5-7.5 × 3.3-4.5 mm, shortly as-cending hairy. Seeds brown, oblong to ovoid, 2.2-2.5 × 1.2-1.5 mm. Mountain slopes; 2400-2500 m. Sichuan.
