1.準備好材料,杏鮑菇用刀剝撕成小塊狀<br>
2.熱鍋下油炒熟杏鮑菇,加鹽調味放涼<br>
3.蘿蔓萵苣洗淨瀝乾水份,切小段<br>
4.黃椒切丁川燙熟<br>
5.將茄子整齊排入盤中,水滾連同盤子一起放進蒸鍋,注意鍋蓋要密合,蒸熟馬上取出<br>
