在某些地方全年繁殖 [[夏威夷]]的五月至五月 ， 而在其他地方則季節性繁殖 [[委內瑞拉]]的五月，[[亞森欣島]]的六月至七月，[[澳大利亞]]的十月至十一月 。

一般都保持沉默， 會發出 特殊 粗啞 “ ker“tik-wack-wack tikoree ” 喉 音。
