劉温馨畢業於[[北京 ]][[ 中央戲劇學院]]表演系。2008年北京奧運，劉温馨在[[遼寧省]]擔任奧運火炬手。她亦曾參選中國金石小姐選美會並奪過冠軍。2013年參選香港小姐名列第4，其後參加第27期無綫電視藝員訓練班而入行。
