'''蚵嗲'''(台語發音:khok-á-te)，閩南語常用詞辭典詞目為「蚵炱」，「觳仔炱」，是一種用淺碟形的大杓子放入米漿、蚵及豆芽菜、韭菜，將杓子伸入油鍋中油炸的小吃，炸成形後就像一個圓形的小盒子，「觳」，「觳仔」的台語就稱之為「khok-á」。
