維克多·德·拉圖爾-莫布爾[1]（法語：Marie Victor Nicolas de Fay, Marquis de Latour-Maubourg[2][3][4]，1768年5月22日－1850年11月11日）是一名發跡於法國封建制度下的騎兵長官。
他在法蘭西第一帝國時期聲名鵲起。
波旁王朝復辟後在1819年至1821年間，他成為國防部外交官。
他曾被封為「拉圖爾-莫布爾侯爵」。[5]
