程家安，浙江大學農業與生物技術學院教授、博士生導師，男，杭州人，1942年7月出生。
工作經歷
- 1964年畢業於浙江農業大學植物保護系。
- 1979至1980年在北京大學生物系進修昆蟲生態學；
- 1985年至1986年英國帝國理工學院生物系訪問學者，
從事有害生物綜合治理和系統分析研究
- 1990年和1991年兩次以訪問教授身份赴美國馬里蘭大學昆蟲系和英國帝國理工醫學院有害生物治理中心開展合作研究。
- 1991年獲國家人事部頒發的「在社會主義建議事業中做出突出貢獻的出國留學人員」稱號。
- 1997-1998任浙江農業大學副校長、校長；1998-2005年任浙江大學副校長；2001-2005年任全球農業高等教育和研究協會執行理事會副主席、主席；2000年起任國際昆蟲學會理事；2001年起任中國昆蟲學會副理事長。現任《International Journal of Pest Management》、《Insect Science》、《昆蟲學報》、《中國水稻科學》編委。
成就及榮譽
多年來，一直從事害蟲治理、昆蟲生態學和昆蟲分子生物學方面的教育和科研工作，先後在國內外學術期刊上發表論文200餘篇；以主編和副主編出版了「昆蟲分子科學」、「褐飛虱及種群管理」、「跨世紀農業發展研究」、「農作物有害生物可持續治理研究進展」、「城市昆蟲學進展」和「水稻害蟲」等專著、教材和會議論文集；獲得國家科技進步三等獎一次；省科技進步一等獎一次；省（部）科技進步二等獎三次，三等獎四次。先後培養碩士研究生11名，博士研究生30餘名。
