楊鑫，四川大學商學院戰略與人力資源管理系副教授、碩士生導師。2012年畢業於英國拉夫堡大學，獲心理學博士學位。現兼任澳大利亞科廷大學心理學與語言病理學學院高級研究員、博士生導師，英國心理學會註冊心理學家（CPsychol），國際心理學測試委員會會員(International Test Commission)。榮獲四川省「蓉漂計劃」特聘專家（2019）、第十二批四川省學術和技術帶頭人後備人選（2018），獲第十二屆四川省教育廳哲學社會科學科研成果三等獎。
學術成果
目前已發表20餘篇SCI、SSCI、EI及國際會議論文，如In-lecture learning motivation predicts students』 motivation, intention, and behaviour for after-lecture learning: Examining the trans-contextual model across universities from UK, China, and Pakistan； Preventing the spread of H1N1 influenza infection during a pandemic: Autonomy-supportive advice versus controlling instruction；Effects of big-five personality traits on the quality of relationship and satisfaction in Chinese coach-athlete dyads；Conceptual and measurement issues of the complementarity dimension of the coach-athlete relationship across cultures.
社會任職
主持多項省部級課題，如《新媒體時代普法創新機制研究》，《企業勞動關係氛圍評價體系的構建與應用研究》，以及《疾病常識模（CSM）及修正的疾病感知量表IPQ-R在不同疾病患者中的恆定性及普遍適用性》等縱向課題，《天府新區新型勞動關係管理模式建立與推進項目》，《邛崍市薪酬與勞動關係調研項目》等橫向課題，為多家企業及政府部門提供諮詢服務。現擔任《Frontiers in Psychology》編委會評審編輯，《Psychology of Sport and Exercise》, 《International Journal of Coaching Science》，《Measurement in Physical Education and Exercise》等多份科學雜誌的評審專家。
