黄清华，北京大学教授，杰青，长江学者，1990年获中国科学技术大学学士，1993年获中国地震局地震研究所硕士，1999年获日本大阪大学博士。 兼任IUGG-EMSEV执委，JGR副主编、教育部地球物理教学指导委员会副主任、国务院学位委员会学科评议组成员，获中国地球物理科学技术奖科技创新一等奖、“全国优秀科技工作者”荣誉称号，任第8届统计地震学国际研讨会组委会主席、第6届环太平洋大学联盟灾害研讨会组委会主席。 主要从事地球电磁学与地震物理学研究。迄今已发表SCI论文60余篇，被SCI引用1000余次。
