陈燕冰博士(Dr. Bing CHAN) 在澳大利亚南澳大学获得了她的工商管理博士学位。在此之前，她曾在香港理工大学和香港专业教育学院有超过12年的教学经验。陈博士还曾在澳大利亚和香港的各种服务类行业中有10年的行政管理工作经验。
