肖立华，男，汉族，1962年3月生，湖南华容县人，博士研究生学历，兽医专业学位博士学位。1993至2017年在美国疾病预防控制中心工作，先后任副研究员和研究员。2018年全职回国工作。现任华南农业大学特聘教授、博士生导师。
