杨小康，上海交通大学教授、博士生导师，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，上海高校特聘教授(东方学者)，电子工程系副主任，图像通信研究所副所长。

荣誉

获2011年上海市科技进步一等奖(第一完成人)、德国洪堡基金、微软青年教授奖、SPIE青年科学家奖、教育部新世纪优秀人才计划。

2016年4月，当选为2015年度。

兼职

为IEEE Signal Processing Letters编委、Springer CCIS领域编委、Digital Signal Processing (Elsveier Press) 编委，IEEE视觉信号处理与通信技术委员会、信号处理系统设计与实现技术委员会委员，IEEE高级会员，IEEE SiPS2007及IEEE BMSB-3DTV2010大会程序主席。
