方樂緣，男，博士，湖南大學電氣與信息工程學院副教授，博士生導師[1]，IEEE Senior Member。現主要從事深度學習、醫學和遙感圖像處理研究。在國際權威SCI期刊發表論文60餘篇，他引2200餘次，ESI高被引（1%）10篇，ESI熱點論文（0.1%）2篇。獲得湖南省自然科學一等獎[2]、湖南省中青年骨幹教師等獎項。
2023年獲得國家自然科學獎，二等獎[3]。
