- (1).标准宇宙学的理论及其观测检验[Ia型超新星，重子声学震荡BAO, 宇宙微波背景辐射CMB和哈勃参量H(z)等宇宙学观测数据]；
- (2).宇宙加速膨胀的暗能量机制和修改引力理论动力学及其观测检验；
- (3).量子宇宙学；
- (4).宇宙中的引力透镜效应：强引力透镜理论和观测,弱引力透镜的理论和观测。
- (5).宇宙学尺度上的高精度计算机数值模拟：宇宙大尺度结构统计数值模拟，弱引力透镜数值模拟 [背景星系和CMB的弱引力透镜效应]，宇宙X射线背景数值模拟，星系团的SZ效应数值模拟。
- (6).小波分析在宇宙学统计研究中的应用。
