席天扬，男，北京大学国家发展研究院教授。
科研项目
主持国家自然科学基金面上项目《官员人事管理和国家治理能力研究》，并主持和参与多项国家级研究课题研究。联合主编研讨中国治理模式的专著《中国新叙事》，并有译著《对法、权利和自由的规范分析》、《信贷立国：疆域、权力与欧洲政体的发展》。
