簡介
奶凍捲，台灣地區最常所指的奶凍，不會單個出現、而是被包裹在瑞士捲中，為台灣人發明的西式甜點，質地介於雙皮燉奶和布丁之間，使用牛奶和奶油。 布丁（pudding），英語圈中最常見的奶凍，通常還混合了雞蛋；在中文圈，台灣的龍鳳布丁在華人地區非常有名。
