人物简介
2010年本科毕业于首都师范大学生物科学专业,2015年于中国农业大学生物信息学专业获理学博士学位,后于北京大学医学部从事博士后研究。现就职于北京大学基础医学院医学信息学系,从事生物信息学研究,目前主要研究兴趣为转录组学(含非编码RNA)与表观转录组学数据的计算分析。先后开发了CCPPI、SRAMP等10余个生物信息学工具,总使用量超过4万人次。以(含共同)第一或通讯作者在Nucleic Acids Research, Briefings in Bioinformatics等专业期刊上发表SCI论文22篇,其它署名SCI论文15篇。
