吴瑞琪，2009年毕业于华中科技大学生物医学工程专业获学士学位，2014年毕业于中国科学院大学获博士学位。2014年至2017年在Vanderbilt University进行博士后研究工作，2017年任中国科学院武汉物理与数学研究所副研究员，2020年入职复旦大学脑科学研究院担任课题组长。研究成果发表在NeuroImage、Journal of Neuroscience、PNAS、Neuron、Nature Communications、Magnetic Resonance in Medicine、eNeuro等期刊上。
课题组主要围绕神经影像学，尤其是功能磁共振成像，展开方法和应用研究。并通过将磁共振成像技术与电生理、神经调控、环路示踪等方法结合，对大脑感觉系统和神经精神疾病相关的神经科学问题进行研究。
