謝夫‧布烈治 (Jeff Bridges，1949年12月4日- )出生於美國洛杉磯，一位多才多藝的人，除了是演員、歌手、監製外還是一名作曲家。[1]。

早年生活
他出生於加洲的一個演藝世家, 父親是演員洛伊·布烈治（Lloyd Bridges），母親是知名女演員兼作家桃樂絲·布烈治（Dorothy Bridges，閨名：辛普森 Simpson）, 與哥哥、妺妺在洛杉磯的Holmby Hill地區長大。在父母太忙時哥哥便負起照顧弟妹的責任。60年代末謝夫加入了海岸防衛隊至70年代初成為後備軍人。
演藝生涯
差不多兩歲的他已於父母的電視節目演出。之後在其他電視節目也有演出。在70年代參加電影事業。在71年參演的」The Last Picture Show」獲得奧斯卡提名, 他是當時最年靑演員其中一人能被提名。隨後一連串的電影為他帶來無數提名或獲獎, 演技受肯定。
《第89屆奧斯卡頒獎禮》提名名單今日公布，獲提名最佳男配包括《非正常械劫案》（Hell or High Water）的謝夫布烈治（Jeff Bridges）、《月亮喜歡藍》（Moonlight）的Mahershala Ali、《漫漫回家路》（Lion）的迪夫柏度（Dev Patel）、《情繫海邊之城》（Manchester by the Sea）的Lucas Hedges及《Nocturnal Animals》的Michael Shannon，爭奪最佳男配角殊榮。[2]
音樂方面
他熱愛音樂但同時也喜愛演藝事業, 希望兩者兼得及成功。懂結他、彈琴的他於2000年推出首張專輯。會為電影演奏和演唱。又與不同的歌手合作。2011年與唱片公司簽約後同年推出第二張專輯外仍然與其他歌星合唱。更會推出歌集給慈善機構籌款。
其他工作
是作者、攝影師及旁述。謝夫創下為一個節目做旁述做了27年而成為最長壽旁述記錄。
婚姻狀況
1977年與蘇珊·賈絲頓（Susan Geston）結婚至今並有3名女兒。他有吸大麻的陋習雖說98年已停止但還是不能百分百戒除。
