《人间迷走》以早前创作的电子音乐《Fade》作为基础，并由挪威籍女歌手艾瑟琳·索尔海姆献唱。
《人间迷走》在YouTube的观看次数已经突破26亿，拥有1600万次喜欢和44.2万次不喜欢，登上了最受喜欢的YouTube视频列表头10名以及截止2019年6月在Spotify上超过10亿的播放量。[3]
艾伦·沃克于2016年2月27日在X Games Oslo 2016上首次推出了与艾瑟琳·索尔海姆的现场表演“Faded”和弦乐支持。[4]表演在挪威电视台播出。
这是一首以电音的基本旋律作为主体辅乐的曲子，在原著的调和下融入了空灵的女声，使得电音的旋律更加梦幻动人，更加有张力。
创作背景
歌曲“Faded”是艾伦·沃克过去作品“Fade”的新版本，该作品于2014年通过唱片公司无版权音乐发行。
在“Faded”的创作中，从2013年开始在音乐制作人Ahrix的音乐“新星”中受到启发。在接受采访时他说：“旋律和音轨的发展方式是如此独特，它激发了我的灵感 创造'Fade'，后来成为'Faded'。风格的灵感来自挪威制片人K-391。旋律，我不知道它来自哪里，但我试着让我的 情绪和感受对我产生的旋律有很大的影响。“[5]
