此模板用来标示含有过度细节内容，超出了概要、简介范畴的条目——即使内容可供理解——，需要重新统整去赘以将焦点放在普世读者。

"Date" and "section" are both optional. The "section" attribute, if included, customises the wording to apply only to a section of an article.
