邱福千，台湾铭传大学电子工程学系专任教师，毕业于国立清华大学电子所博士。主要专长高介电闸氧化层金氧半元件与制程、半导体元件、超大型积体电路技术、静电放电(ESD)保护设计、元件特性量测与分析、元件可靠性工程、非挥发记忆体元件(RRAM, SONOS, FRAM...)、太阳能电池。。
