方乐缘，男，博士，湖南大学电气与信息工程学院副教授，博士生导师[1]，IEEE Senior Member。现主要从事深度学习、医学和遥感图像处理研究。在国际权威SCI期刊发表论文60余篇，他引2200余次，ESI高被引（1%）10篇，ESI热点论文（0.1%）2篇。获得湖南省自然科学一等奖[2]、湖南省中青年骨干教师等奖项。
2023年获得国家自然科学奖，二等奖[3]。
