內容簡介
本書主要探討了中國城鎮居民勞動供給的變遷和決定因素。作者基於過往研究，對以往相關領域的研究進行了文獻綜述，並使用國內外多個權威微觀數據庫中的數據，計算了1988-2007年間中國城鎮居民勞動參與率的變化，並使用非線性分解方法解釋了各階段城鎮居民勞動供給變化的可能原因。在此基礎上，作者還進一步研究了社會觀念和城鄉勞動力轉移對於我國城鎮居民就業意願和工資水平的影響，以求為政策制定以及進一步研究提供數據支撐和奠定理論基礎。
作者介紹
陳茜，華中科技大學經濟學院講師。於2016年取得美國弗吉尼亞理工大學經濟學博士學位。主要研究方向為勞動經濟學、應用微觀經濟學、區域經濟學和中國經濟。目前的研究集中在中國城鎮居民的勞動供給問題。論文發表於Journal of Comparative Economics、 World Development、 Economics of Transition and Institutional Change等多個比較經濟學和轉軌經濟學著名期刊。
