耿延候,男,1968年12月出生,漢族,山西靈石人,1996年12月參加工作,2020年9月加入民革組織。現任民革天津市委會副主委,天津大學理學院、分子聚集態科學研究院院長、教授、博士生導師。獲得國務院政府特殊津貼。

1991年畢業於上海交通大學應用化學系,1996年於中科院長春應化所獲博士學位。1998-2003先後在香港科技大學、德國馬普高分子研究所(「洪堡」獎學金獲得者)和美國羅徹斯特大學從事訪問研究。2003-2015年任中國科學院長春應用化學研究所研究員,隨後加入天津大學,研究興趣包括有機/高分子半導體材料及其應用、新型芳香稠環化合物及其共軛聚合物以及共軛聚合物的合成方法。
