'''316国道'''（或“国道316线”、“G316线”）是在中国的一条国道，起点为福建省[[福州市]]长乐区，终点为甘肃省[[黄南藏族自治州]][[同仁县]]的国道，全程2915千米。

这条国道经过福建、[[江西]]、[[湖北]]、陕西和甘肃5个省份<ref>[http://blog.sina.com.cn/s/blog_51d0d2c50102f27n.html 横跨五个省的国道----316国道 ]，新浪博客，2012-11-17 </ref>。在国家公路网规划（2013年－2030年）中延伸至同仁。

==线路==

主要控制点：（福建）长乐（漳港）、福州（新增）、闽侯、闽清、南平、顺昌、邵武、光泽、江西资溪、金溪、[[抚州]]、[[南昌]]、永修、（湖北）梁子湖、鄂州（与G106分线）、武汉（从[[武汉长江大桥]]跨越长江）、孝感、云梦、安陆、随州、枣阳、[[襄阳]]、谷城、老河口、十堰、（陕西）白河、旬阳、安康、汉阴、石泉、西乡、城固、汉中、留坝、凤县、（甘肃）两当、[[徽县]]、[[礼县]]、岷县、卓尼、临潭、合作、夏河、（青海）同仁（改线新增） 。
