<p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">楊泰順 1938年11月出生，河南新密人。副編審。中共黨員。1955年畢業於河南省密縣中學，大專文化。曾任密縣文化局副局長，地方史志編委及辦公室主持工作副主任。現任河南省新密市史志辦公室協理員，副編審。是全國現代攝影聯誼會會員，河南省攝影家協會會員，曾兼任鄭州市攝影家協會理事。</p>
<p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">楊泰順編審出版有清嘉慶二十二年《密縣誌》(舊志整理)，1995年獲河南省史志優秀成果一等獎，《新密市土地誌》；主編出版有新編《密縣誌》、《新密市志》。《密縣誌》於1993年進京在國家歷史博物館展出，獲全國新編地方志優秀成果二等獎，又獲河南省委首設社會科學優秀成果三等獎；發表出版主要論文有《疏導文義，志在普及》、《地方志應注意愛國主義教育內容的記述》等。其業餘愛好是攝影藝術創作，有百餘幅作品在地(市)級以上刊物發表或展出，作品《荷》發表於《莽原》，並參加中國文藝界名人作品系列大展，獲優賞獎，《經幡》獲河南省十屆影展三等獎，《群醜圖》獲國家文化部社文司、中國攝影藝術學會及第三屆大河上下影展組委會優秀獎，《布達拉宮》獲中國藝術研究院“共和國社會主義文學藝術五十年研討會”作品一等獎。他自1987—1996年連續評為河南省及鄭州市史志工作先進工作者，1990年被原縣委、縣政府分別授予“十佳”領導幹部、先進工作者稱號。其事跡被收入《中國攝影家大辭典》、《中國當代藝術界名人錄》、《中國當代方誌學者辭典》、《世界華人文學藝術界名人錄》及《中華勞模大典》。</p>
