檢視蒜子酱烧杏鲍菇的原始碼

这道菜杏鲍菇中能吃到大蒜的香味，黄金蒜子在菜品中既是调料，也是辅料，大颗蒜粒可以完整的吃掉，别有一番风味。金格勒酱是那天路小路在天猫买蜂蜜的时候获赠的就想拿出来尝尝是什么味道，总的说来很像甜面酱，但是比甜面酱鲜一些，也更上色一些，味道比较浓重，据说是多种谷物发酵而成是复合的酱料。个人感觉酱料味道比较咸，颜色比较重，使用的时候要酌情哦！我这次放得有点多，颜色很重，但是因为全程没有用过盐倒也不觉得味道重，吃起来刚刚好哦！
