==生平==

<p style="text-indent: 30px; line-height:30px">[[池啟明]]早年自[[國立臺灣大學]]法律學系獲得學士學位。民國63年（1974年）參加特種考試司法官考試及格。民國83年（1994年），出任最高法院法官。民國96年（2007年），出任最高法院法官兼代理庭長。<ref name=chi/></p>

<li><b style="margin-right:5px; margin-left:5px;">2007年9月1日</b>，[[中華民國總統]][[陳水扁]]提名[[葉賽鶯]]、[[林錫堯]]、池啟明、[[蔡清遊]]等8人為[[司法院大法官]]，送交[[立法院]]行使同意權。</li>
