1990年5月31日出生于四川泸州，中国新生代女演员，
是一位地地道道的四川女孩，她从小就喜欢看书、跳舞，
有着深厚文化底蕴和舞蹈功底的谭松韵由于气质优雅又清纯可人，宛如邻家女孩，
得到了许多导演的青睐，凭借其独特的气质与敬业的态度虏获了大批影迷的芳心，深受大家的认可。
谭松韵作为一线演员的成功并非一帆风顺。在她看似顺利的演艺生涯中，不仅是她娃娃脸的祝福，还有她良好、积极、乐观的态度
使她成为一名全国知名度很高的女演员。
谭松韵从小就很可爱，看起来像个可爱的洋娃娃，但她的性格很粗心。
谭松韵小学时不小心把墨水洒在身上。她母亲见到她后取笑她。她说她不知道自己将来会成为一名医生。
直到我长大了，我才知道我妈妈没有表扬她。
尽管谭松韵的母亲从小就对她严格要求，但谭松韵与母亲的关系很好。
也许，母亲的严格要求和内心的爱让谭松韵在综艺节目中看起来像个体贴的好女孩。

2001年，进入四川省舞蹈学校学习古典舞和民间舞。
2005年，因拍摄电视剧《山菊花》而接触表演。
2007年，考入北京电影学院表演系，因为长相清纯，灵秀动人，成为新生代知名演员之一，
2008年，拍摄电影《5.12：汶川不相信眼泪》。
2009年，她接拍电视剧《我的燃情岁月》中惠安女之小妹这一角色 。同年，还参加了电影《进出》的拍摄，饰演一个虚拟人物小仙女 。
2010年，她首次尝试情景喜剧，在中国版《搞笑一家人》中饰演有着“特殊身份”的高中生蒋贝蒂 。
随后其加盟到了都市情感剧《幸福攻略》，形象乖巧的她扮演叛逆倔强的菲儿 。同年，她还在由郑晓龙指导的清宫剧《后宫·甄嬛传》中出演了可爱单纯的淳贵人一角 。
2012年，拍摄陈凯歌指导的电影《搜索》，并在多部影视剧出演角色，如《林师傅在首尔》中的权锦绣，《民国警花》中的女警花伍月，《金太狼的幸福生活》中的彤彤等。
2013年，与刘德华、林志玲等拍摄电影《富春山居图》，扮演双子座魔女。后再与郭富城、孙红雷等合作电影《全民目击》。
2014年，主演电视剧《大当家》，饰演单纯、直率、捍卫爱情的桂花香 ;后与宋丹丹合作出演电视剧《幸福请你等等我》，饰演宋丹丹的女儿何朵朵 。
