*1988年6月從彰化縣大嘉國民小學畢業<ref>[http://www.dces.chc.edu.tw/modules/tadnews/page.php?nsn=125 彰化縣大嘉國民小學第四十三屆畢業校友名冊。]</ref>，以第一名的畢業成績獲得縣長獎。當時彰化縣縣長是黄石城，首位無黨籍縣長。
*1988年9月-1994年6月就讀於彰化縣精誠中學國中部和高中部<ref>[http://www.cchs.chc.edu.tw/files/11-1000-89.php 彰化縣精誠中學。]</ref>與知名作家[[九把刀]](本名柯景騰)同為該校畢業校友。九把刀的小說和電影《[[那些年，我們一起追的女孩]]》中出現的導師「賴導」賴炳輝老師，是李權明國中部的導師。就年紀來看，九把刀是李權明的學弟。巧合的是，賴導的女兒是李權明國中部和高中部的同班同學。
