尼尔·赛门

尼尔·赛门（NeilSimon，1927年7月4日－2018年8月26日），美国剧作家，以其幽默的对话和生动刻画中产阶级生活而著名。因其在商业上连创佳绩的喜剧和音乐剧，他成了美国戏剧历史上最成功的剧作家。

1961年，他写成了第一部戏剧《吹响你的小号》，充满笑话的轻喜剧，同样也是其早期戏剧的特色。许多他的戏剧都被改编成电影，包括《裸足佳偶》（1963年），基于他住在曼哈顿无电梯公寓中的新婚生活经验而作。《单身公寓》（1965年），讲述两名与他们的妻子分开的大男人的故事，同样也被改编成电影。
