* 2018年8月有鑑於近年來[[智慧型手機]]普及率高，加上為防止吃錯[[處方藥]]的狀況，台東基督教醫院於該月中旬開始採用彩色藥袋，並於藥袋上附有藥物的彩色照片、[[QR碼|QR-Code]]、藥錠劑量及使用部位圖示、高警訊藥品警示等四項元素<ref name="東森新聞雲"/>。
