'''三浦勇雄''' （1983年2月25日－）， [[ 北海道 ]][[ 札幌市 ]] 出身，是 [[ 日本 ]][[ 輕小說 ]][[ 作家 ]] 。弘前大學人文學系人類文化課程畢業。 曾得過第一回ＭＦ文庫Ｊ輕小說新人大賞的評審特別賞。 代表作為萬歲系列，以及《聖劍鍛造師》。《聖劍鍛造師》在2009年改編為動畫，於2009年10月3日播出，大獲好評。
