生姜适量盐适量料酒适量味精 适量很喜欢吃泡菜,偶尔会炖上一锅泡菜豆腐,再加点五花肉,西葫芦也是必不可少的。那滋味真是美呀!

2五花肉随冷水入锅,烧开

3五花肉切片,西葫芦切片,豆腐切块。西葫芦不要切太薄了,不然煮熟了夹不起来了。

4姜切片,五花肉入锅,煸炒出油

5肉煸出油,加入泡菜,翻炒。

6肉煸出油,加入料酒、泡菜,翻炒。

7加入适量盐,加入西葫芦,再煮五分钟左右。出锅前加入味精[[调味]],撒上[[香菜]]即可。
