洞庭湖湿地生态系统观测研究站，简称洞庭湖站，始建于2007年，隶属于中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所，是中国科学院设在长江中下游湖泊湿地生态系统的长期观测研究基地之一。洞庭湖站现为三峡工程生态与环境监测系统江湖生态监测重点站，中国生态系统研究网络（CERN）成员。
