研究成果
1、建立人類胚胎髮育期體細胞突變特徵譜,並發現低氧誘導因子激活導致的特異性突變模式;
2、應用單細胞組學發現局部低氧環境導致的成纖維細胞轉分化在近視發生中的重要作用。
