研究成果

上地幔变形作用和地球化学性质之间的关系及其深部动力学意义。 原华东理工大学校长、现华东师范大学校长钱旭红院士 原华东理工大学校长、现华东师范大学校长钱旭红院士 运用综合研究方法,探讨了伊通新生代玄武岩中特有的具糜棱结构的橄榄岩包体所经历的构造热演化及动力学,证实了上地幔韧性剪切带的存在。强调其形成与超大断裂活动性之间的关系;并首次发现了橄榄岩包体中矿物颗粒间的氧同位素不平衡现象,为地幔剪切变形和地幔交代作用提供了时间约束,认为流体的存在并不是剪切变形的先决条件,从而为地幔学术界长期争论的流体和地幔变形之间的因果关系提供了新的判别依据。根据吉林汪清尖晶石相橄榄岩包体结构、平衡温度、主元素亏损程度和不相容元素富集程度之间的相关关系,提出了上地幔底辟上升和热扩散平衡的动力学模式,阐明了不同结构类型包体在底辟体中的空间展布及其对交代流体迁移的控制。认为所有研究样品均来自岩石圈地幔,但由于下伏软流圈的上涌而导致其流变学性质的改变,从而同软流圈一起发生底辟。这一成果为华北自中生代以来发生的大规模热侵蚀-减薄机制提供了一个可行的动力学模式。 上地幔熔体-岩石反应机理及其微量元素理论模拟通过对伊通含富钾硅酸盐玻璃体的异剥橄榄岩和法国中央高原具镶嵌结构I型尖晶石相方辉橄榄岩包体的研究,橄榄岩包体的研究,鉴定出了单斜辉石生成反应和橄榄石生成反应两个系列。这是对构造橄榄岩体研究的重要补充,对地幔不均一性及岩浆源区混合作用的研究具有重要意义。后者还提供了岩石圈最底部-地幔热柱相互作用的证据。运用0-维数值模型计算了微量元素在上地幔熔体迁移/反应过程中地球化学行为。该成果对认识熔体/流体在深部岩石圈地幔演化过程中的作用具有重要意义。 地幔地质温压计的检测,应用和中国东部地幔岩石圈热演化系统总结和科学评价了常用的二十多种温度计和五种压力计的优缺点,为国内学者更加审慎地选用温压计提供了依据,在此基础上,探讨了中国东部上地幔热结构和热演化历史。以在特定热演化阶段中古老岩石圈/软流圈相互作用程度为思路,结合实验岩石学资料和岩石圈拉张历史,提出了一个热-构造演化模式,从而比较合理地解释了中国东部中生代末期-新生代玄武岩的岩性,微量元素和同位素地球化学演化特征,为深部地幔研究提供了新思路。 中国东部幔源橄榄岩的铂族元素地球化学研究在国内率先开展了中国东部幔源橄榄岩的PGE地球化学研究,填补了中国在地幔岩PGE研究领域的空白。初步了解了不同类型岩石中这些元素的丰度和分布规律,揭示了中国东部上地幔特有的PGE分配型式(即富集Pt,亏损Ir和Pd)。探讨了PGE在多种重要上地幔过程中的地球化学行为。
