概述
1985年畢業於山西農業大學,1988年畢業於北京農業大學,獲碩士學位,1996年畢業於中國科學院瀋陽應用生態研究所,獲博士學位。1994-1995 曾在美國加州大學洛杉磯分校、國際小麥研究所(墨西哥)合作研究,1999.5-7在澳大利亞科工組織水土資源研究所合作研究, 2002.9-12在美國農業部大平原系統實驗室與麻省大學合作研究。
長期從事農業生態學及其相關領域的研究,研究興趣為農田生態系統管理與精準農業。曾獲得河北省、省農業廳、石家莊市科技進步一等獎各一項,發表學術論文40餘篇,省級優秀論文獎4次,參編專著4部。
目前主持國家重點基礎研究發展規劃("973")項目專題"時空多變要素的田間測定和時空擴展研究",國家科技部"863"項目"華北半濕潤偏旱井灌區綜合節水農業技術體系集成與示範",中國科學院知識創新工程項目課題"華北平原精準種植技術體系集成與示範" 和"太行山前平原農田生態系統氮磷鉀的遷移、轉化規律與優化管理"及與歐盟合作項目"中國城鄉持續農業生態系統管理與城鄉交互發展"。
研究領域
1. 農田生態系統演替動力學機制與健康診斷
基於網絡長期的生態要素動態監測,研究氣候乾旱化與農業集約化趨勢下農田生態系統演變與響應機制,探索農田生態系統演替的動力機制與穩定機制,建立農田生態系統健康評價的指標體系。
支持課題: 中國科學院生態系統研究網絡監測任務
2. 農田生態系統水、養分循環及環境效應
研究農田生態系統養分、水分循環機理、水養耦合效應及界面傳輸過程,重點探索土-水界面硝態氮淋失通量與遷移規律,提出環境友好的養分優化管理模式。

(1) 太行山前平原農田生態系統氮磷鉀的遷移、轉化規律與優化管理
(2) 可持續農田生態系統的水、氮管理
(3) 華北平原38度帶水循環研究
(4) 集約農田生態系統養分循環調控與精準管理模式研究
3. 基於精準農業技術的農田生態系統管理
研究、集成區域農田生態系統優化管理的綜合技術體系與模式,應用開發精準農業關鍵技術,建立農田生態系統精準管理的技術集成與網絡諮詢服務平台及實驗示範區,探索精準農業區域示範模式。
